The Key ... under the "Amenities" column below, the following codes are being used:
 ST means swim/tennis available,   S means pool only,   T means tennis only
G means a golf neighborhood,   Gt means gated
Lk means a lake (or perhaps just a pond) is in the neighboorhood
Lanier means the neighborhood is along Lake Lanier,  Alltna means Lake Allatoona
Chatt means the neighborhood is along the Chattahoochee River
Etowah means the neighborhood is along the Etowah River
LL means most homes are on a Large Lot (of 1 to 2 acres)
VLL means most homes are on a lot of 2 or more acres
