All price ranges (from 400,000 to No Maximum) are grouped together in each search
 
Special Comment: If for some reason the search engine "tags" a home as a
Foreclosure, Fixer-Upper, or Owner Transfer but this is not the case, please
let me know so I can relay that fact to the search engine provider, and seek
to get any erroneous information removed --- the search engine picks-up
information provided by the listing agent.
Please Be Aware: Due to the key words involved, occasionally a home may show up
as an owner-transferred sale when in fact the owner is not being transferred.
