1. In the search menu, you can enter information into text boxes such as County, Zip Code, Subdivision, Keywords, and/or School if you want to;  however, you can also leave any or all of those items blank.

 2. Single Family Home and Condo/Townhomes are pre-selected as the Property Type for searching.  However, you can click on just one of those, or something different, if you wish.  Also, you can hold down the Control key on your keyboard and select multiple Property Types (for example, Single Family Homes and Land Lots) if you want to search for all of that at once.

 3. Select Price Range, Bedrooms / Baths, Year Built, etc as you wish.  But you can search without selecting those items.

 4. To the upper-right of the selection area you'll see a small list where you can alter the search.  Click on one of those words to make Subdivision name, Street name, Listing Number, etc the focus of your search.

 5. When you select an individual listing, the "Search Tools" that come up are very helpful...for example:
**click on Show Map to bring up a street map, where you can also click on "Satellite" or "Hybrid" to see Satellite Photos of that home & surrounding areas (Hybrid brings up street names on the Satellite Photo).  On the map or the Satellite Photo, click and hold to move the map or photo around!   **click on Area Info for summary demographics   **click on School Info for summary data (and then along the left side of the screen, click to bring up a window for School Test Results)

 6. When a home is enrolled in both listing services, you'll see duplication. ---
But when you see two different listings for the same house, each of those listings may contain photos or info that's different, .. and when this happens a duplication is helpful!   (
PLEASE NOTE:  Homes with a "PendingContract" status, meaning Under Contract, will be shown along with Active/available homes, because those homes might come back onto the market.)

 7. IMPORTANT:  You can save search results for later review.  You can also automatically receive email alerts as properties of the type you want newly come on the market.  These capabilities are available through the "HomeScanner" function.  It's a free service, and the email address you use to activate that capability is where listing alerts will be sent to you, automatically. ---  (ALSO Important:  There is no spam that will come your way as a result of using resources in this website!  This site is designed to help you, and I want you to feel free to take advantage of everything, without worry.)
