This is a new John Wieland
Colonnade Custom Homes subdivision of 24 luxury homes.

NOTE: In a departure
from my "normal" way of showing you subdivisions, there are NO homes (no
standing inventory) to photo! This development is brand new, and
there is a very good chance it will sell-out basically through pre-sales,
with little or no standing inventory ever available. Being
extremely close to the heart of downtown Roswell, the location
is such that I suspect
this will be the case. And since it is a John Wieland development,
I feel even more certainly this likely will be the case. If you want a home in a Fulton County/Roswell

This is a subdivision that is just ready to break ground on the first of
24 homes. Most people will pick the lot and the floor plan they
want (from the six or seven plans available), and then building will
begin. The thinking is that pre-sale will be so strong, there will
be no need to build advance inventory, ... and, the thinking is that
most buyers will want it that way, because through pre-sale buying they
will be able to make more individual changes to the floor plan they
select in order to "personalize" the home to their desires and needs.
I suspect that given the location and likely quality of these homes,
that is the primary way this development will be sold. It's
planned that every home in the subdivision will be on a basement of some
design. The gently rolling terrain lends itself to this.
