But first, ... some overview comments and photos about the subdivision as a whole.
When fully built-out there will be 40 home sites in this subdivision.  At the time of my preview tour, development is still relatively early, with only 15 homes either under contract or sold.  There is no swim tennis within the subdivision, but it is to be a gated community, and the subdivision did have a nice "feel" to it.  The lay-out is of a cul-de-sac design with one controlled point of entry.  Home Owner Association dues are currently set at $750 per year, with a one-time "initiation fee" that is also $750.
