There will be 190 home sites in this subdivision when fully built-out.  At the time of this writing, about 65 home sites remain to be sold.  Homes feature full basements and three car garages, within a nice setting that includes a surprisingly large and complete amenities center, in light of there being only 190 homes in the community.  Behind the clubhouse is a trail going down to a waterfall.  Home Owner Association dues are currently $656 per year, and there's a one time "initiation fee" of $1,100.  The photos which follow give you a pretty good view of the amenities area, and a decent sense of some of the streets.  Select the two house photos at the bottom of this page to see detailed pictures with narrative comments about each of those sample homes.
