When this unique community is fully built-out there will be around 450
single family homes, and about 100 to 125 townhouses plus various
"in-town" condo/lofts. About one-third of the single family homes
remain to be sold, with many townhomes still available and sales of
in-town lofts just beginning. This will be a well designed
"community unto itself" with restaurants, shops, & residences of all
types, plus a wide variety of amenities, including a clubhouse, swim

(NOTE: The properties that I've previewed here are single family homes. -- Town homes generally price in the mid to upper 300's, and in-town condos & lofts range from the high 200's for a one bedroom/one bath to the mid 500's for a large unit)
This development is "rooted in traditional town planning" and incorporates 55 acres of parks & green space, miles of walking trails, a 50,000 square foot YMCA, 150,000 square feet of retail & office space, and a total of over 200 acres.
