What It Means To Be A Member

First, and most importantly, it means a lot for you.  THE goal of this website is to provide more information, more photos, more insights and guidance, more helpful resources than available from any other single source; and certainly to provide more assistance than you can find in any other metro Atlanta website.  On top of all the resources available in the “open” portion of this site (which alone is designed to exceed the content-support of other sites), the addition of members-only photos and information is my way of insuring you receive the superior support and premier service you deserve. --- And you pay no fee to be a member.

The members-only section lets you view, from the convenience of your computer chair, dozens & dozens of subdivisions, with thousands of photos covering hundreds of homes.  This is REALLY a great way to compare different styles, locations, prices, amenities, and builders in order to help you discover what best meets your desires and needs. … And all of this “comparison and sorting” means that when we go to see homes in person, you will have a clearer, sharper focus for making great decisions about this important purchase.

I’ve spent hundreds (actually thousands) of hours putting together the members-only portion of this site.  The reason why? -- before I did this, there was no single place where a person could conveniently review, in-detail, the many different home buying opportunities in the north metro area.  A number of home builders offer information in a website; .. but they seldom if ever provide the depth of photo coverage you can find here; .. also, when you look at one builder, that is just a small slice of what’s available overall.  And when you go to agent websites, many of them have search engine capabilities; .. but that’s nothing like the level of focus you find in the “Targeted Searches” portion of this website; .. and it is certainly not giving you the huge volume of photos and information you can find in the members-only part of the site.  So my reason for doing all this extra work is simple: it provides a valuable resource that doesn’t exist anywhere else; and, it satisfies my obsession for offering superior service to anyone who uses me as their agent.

And this leads to an additional point about what it means to be a member in this website: it means using me as your agent to find and purchase a home.  To do this much extra work, and keep this members-only portion of the site up to date, I can not afford to “give it all away” to people working with some other agent.  I want very, very much to be a great asset to you and help you achieve the best possible results.  But I can’t do this if someone else (some other agent or subdivision employee) is going to get the credit for my work.  That would be a great way for me to go broke, … which of course would mean the end of the website, and the end of my goal of helping people like you receive better information and support than can be found elsewhere.

If you enroll but eventually feel the members portion of this website and/or my personal service and support is not meeting your needs, our working relationship can be quickly severed.  We are not “married!”  But we do partner with each other to the extent that becoming a member carries with it the commitment to use me as your Buyer’s Agent, in concert with my commitment to you to provide superior resources and service.

When you enroll you will immediately receive partial membership status, entitling you to see virtually all (at least 98%) of the photos available to members, and almost all of the narrative information and data.  You will not immediately see location information associated with each subdivision and each house.  Access to that comes when you transition from a partial to full member, and this occurs after I’ve had a chance to review the enrollment information and contact you either in person or by phone (in many cases our initial contact will be by phone).  Much of the material in the Members section focuses on new home subdivisions, although some resale homes can also be included.

Many hours have been spent on previewing hundreds of homes, asking sales personnel lots of questions, taking photos, jotting down my observations, and putting all this into a format easy for you to use.  There is no other website in metro Atlanta that can give you the depth and breadth of information contained in this site, when you consider everything available in the “open” portion of ElegantAtlantaHomes combined with the members-only area.  And I promise you that you will be pleased with the personal attention & support I provide.  So click here to enroll, and let’s get you started on the journey to finding your next home.
