First of all, please know there is no fee to become a member.  Also, before going into the following material I want to draw your attention to the videos about membership, which you access through the links to the right (or with the links here, for Video One and Video Two).  These Videos are a great way to easily find out what's in the Members area, how it can benefit you, what it means to be a Member, and how you enroll ... for free.  It still will be helpful to read everything else on this page, but I suggest viewing the two videos first.

Thanks for coming to this preview of the Members-Only part of the website.
  
The Members area is filled with Photos and Information, plus many Video Driving Tours.  The Photo Layout section provides over twelve thousand photos plus commentary covering nearly a hundred new home subdivisions. And the group of Video Driving Tours cover over fifty different subdivisions or communities, primarily showing established neighborhoods where you will find resale homes plus some new homes (and a few new home subdivisions are also included in the Video Tours).
  
The Goal for this Members-Only area is to provide more tangible benefits to you than you can find anywhere else,
as you search for a home that's right for you.  And these Benefits include at least the following six items:
1. Greatly Expanding your range of Information and Knowledge
2. Saving you a lot of Time
3. Making your home buying experience really Convenient, and Fun!
4. Giving you a great way to Compare Your Alternatives
(regarding different Subdivisions, Amenities, Housing Styles,
Floor Plans, Price Points, and Locations)
5. Maximizing Your Success; while Minimizing future Regrets!
6. Buying with a high level of Confidence, and Comfort
  
One way to describe the content of the Members area is to say that everything is centered around "visual tours."  The Videos "drive you through" a subdivision or in some cases an entire community.  And the Photo Layouts "take you through" a subdivision, plus one or more sample houses in that subdivision, showing you photos of various aspects of the subdivision as well as photos of every room in every level of the sample house(s).  Whether it is by Video Tour or Photo Tour, you will have an excellent opportunity to view, from the convenience of your computer, many wonderful locations, with varying styles & prices.
     
   
The next paragraph introduces the Video Driving Tours.  Following that is information about the Photo Layouts, and more.
  Samples of Video Driving Tours really need to be viewed through videos ... obviously, still pictures can't capture the essence of video. So I've given you the opportunity to view a sampling of the Driving Tours as part of the video about using this site that you find on the home page, as well as viewing the first video found on this page.  The photos immediately to the right are screen captures from a few of the Video Tours.  Some of these tours focus on a particular subdivision.  And some of the tours focus on an entire area, such as Druid Hills, or Inman Park, or one of the many different sections of Buckhead.

  
The next few paragraphs highlight the Photo section, which is the other unique facet of the Members-Area of this website.

  With the Photo Layouts, each subdivision has an overview page, and in the top portion of that page is a summary paragraph about the subdivision, plus information about its location, its amenities, and basic price range.  The picture to the right is one example of this.  Below the overview paragraph you'll find a series of photos showing streets in the subdivision, amenity areas, and/or anything else that might be of interest.  And there is narrative information under the photos explaining what you are seeing.  Images to the right provide an example of this, although you will see more of the amenities for this subdivision example if you take a look at the videos.
  
  If a subdivision has extensive development and/or a large set of amenities, I may provide several dozen photos in the overview page.  On the other hand, smaller or very new subdivisions may not present the opportunity for extensive photos.  But even then, I try to give you enough photos and narrative comments to provide a decent idea of what you'll find in that community.
  
 
For each of the "sample" homes within a subdivision (and there may be anywhere from one to four sample homes), my "photo
tour" takes you through the entire home, room-by-room, and level-by-level.  At the top of the page for each home is a paragraph summarizing a few key points about the house, or highlighting a feature or an issue that I feel could be important to know.  Also at the top of the page is information about the price, number of bedrooms and baths, number of stories in the house, size of the garage, and whether there is a terrace level and/or a bonus room.  The image to the right is one example of this material.  Then below that summary data I provide around forty to eighty photos for each home.  Sometimes the number is even higher than that.  Under these photos is narrative information helping to clarify what you are seeing as you "visually walk through the house," room by room.  For the sake of saving space on this web page, many of the photos that are associated with this particular house have been cut-off.  But the sample to the right gives you a sense of what these "photo tours" of houses are like, and you can view more about this by watching the short videos, accessed with the links provided.
  

 
  I spend hours in each subdivision researching it and driving through it before I ever go into any of the homes ... because the look-and-feel of the subdivision can have as much impact on owner satisfaction as the house that a person buys.
  
  These "photo tours" are primarily done for new home subdivisions, at price points from four hundred thousand to multi-million
dollar communities.  There will be times when I also include one or more resale houses in this mix of predominantly new homes.
  
  The map to the right is a rough outline of the areas where I, and agents working with me, focus much of our attention.  This large area covers all or part of at least eleven counties across more than thirty cities, ..... fanning out to the northeast, north, northwest, and west from Atlanta's city-center.  If you need a home outside the areas highlighted here, I can probably find a good way to satisfy that need, as well.
   
  There is no dollar fee to be a member.  Membership simply means you and I have made a commitment to work together to find the best possible home for you.  If you are committed to working with another agent, I can not grant membership to you ... I dare not put myself between you and that other agent.
  
  There is a page in the Member's Enrollment section which goes into more detail about membership.  It's called "What It Means To Be A Member," and reading that page is one thing which must be completed as you enroll in the Member's area.  Other
items within this Enrollment page include entering your first and last name, at least one of your phone numbers (preferably at least your cell phone number, plus others if you can), and also your mailing address.  If any key item is omitted or incorrectly entered, you'll see a message highlighting what needs to be addressed.
  
  You will be able to select your own ID and Password.  And there are a series of entry areas related to what you're looking for in a home, which you can complete if you wish.
   
  Upon successful enrollment you'll immediately receive a message confirming that your enrollment has been received.  And this message will grant you immediate access to the Partial Members portion of this website area.  As a Partial (or in other words
new) Member, you will be able to access a number of items available to Full Members, but there are exceptions.  Subdivision names plus location information on the Photo Layouts are omitted, but almost all the thousands of photos plus narrative information will be available to you.  Video Driving Tours can only be accessed by Full Members, but you should be able to be upgraded to Full status very, very quickly.  In the short period of time before getting your upgrade, viewing the huge amount of photo and narrative information provided to a new member will
enable you to get a head-start on finding the style of subdivision and house that best meets your needs.
  
  If it is acceptable that we work together as agent-and-client to find you a great home, and we make a commitment to do that, you are upgraded to Full Member status.  (If for some reason you can not be granted Full Member status, then the Partial Member status will be removed.  Of necessity, we do reserve the right to refuse access to the Members-Only area.)
  
  To enroll right now and get started, you can go straight from this Preview section to the Enrollment page by clicking on the link in the top-left corner of this page, where you see the phrase "Go To The Member Enrollment Page".
   
  Also, there are two links on the Home Page that take you to the page where you can enroll.  One of those is a button along the left side which says "Member Login (and enrollment)" and the other is a link in the center console area that says "Member Log In."  Once enrolled, you can use either of those same links to log-in, and access the Partial Member, & then Full Member area.
  
  If you want to enroll by entering from the home page, clicking on the "Member LogIn" button or link takes you to the page pictured to the right.  Full Members use the first link to log-in, and Partial Members use the second link.  For you, though, to initially enroll, just scroll down and use the "I want to Enroll" link.  That takes you to the enrollment page which includes the entry items pictured in one of the images above. ... Complete your enrollment, and if you receive the confirmation page pictured above, link back to the Home Page, click on Member Log In, then click on
"I am a Partial Member" and use your ID & Password to gain access (please make sure you write-down and keep the ID & Password that you've selected, and remember that they are Case Sensitive!).
   

  Membership in this website is free.  Plus, all other aspects of my considerable level of professional support for buying a home should be totally free to you!  In nearly every case within the metro Atlanta area, the services of a Buyer's Agent like myself are paid by the seller, not by you the buyer.  And this is true for buying a new home as well as a resale home.  And again, there is no fee for you to become a Member of this website.  With all the many, unique resources in this website, along with my extensive range of personal services, I can (and will!) deliver tremendous value for you!
 
  There's something I should mention here, and it's the fact that by the time you've identified a home in the website which you've fallen in love with ... that particular home could be gone.  But this should not be much of a problem.  In the Members Area I'm only focusing on quality communities and subdivisions, and if a particular home is already gone we can very likely find another one, in that same area, which meets your criteria at least as well, or perhaps is even better.
